Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only, from New Jersey. Standard — $8.00, 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders of $70 and over. Express — $15.00, 2 to 3 business days.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. The delivery windows above start the day the parcel leaves us, not the day you order.

Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as the label is made.

We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but we will help you chase it. If tracking has not moved in five business days, email order.loyalcollection@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a trace.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
