Everything ships from New Jersey, so the east coast is usually the fast end of that range and the west coast the slow end. We ship within the United States only.

Underwear is a personal item, so this is stricter than most and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. All sales are final.

We exchange for size only, and only if the packaging is unopened, within 30 days of delivery. If it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that is on us: email within 14 days and we replace it or refund it in full, postage included.

Yes, and there is no code. Put any two boxer briefs in the bag, add a pair of socks, and the $14 comes off at checkout. A three pack counts as two.

The socks have to be IN the bag for the discount to find them, which is why the site keeps telling you to add them. That is how the mechanism works rather than a catch.
